Ancestral Healing
Do you feel that the emotional and physical issues in your life aren’t only yours but have roots in a deeper past?
My journey began with healing a disease that moved through my family for 13 generations. Now I offer an ancestral healing process that identifies a particular emotional or physical wound in your ancestry that needs healing. Together we attune to the needs of your ancestors and designing ceremonies to symbolically release the flow of ancestral connections.

Our customized approach brings participants into deeper connection with themselves, each other, and the purpose of the event. Grounded in embodiment, mindfulness, and creativity, our approach fosters connection and joy.

I am a mother and settler to Turtle Island who is married to Gaia and works in fashion. I feel called to help people connect to themselves, each other, the land, and the ancestors. I use the spiral of the Work That Reconnects to center life, TheoryU to engage with the promise of the future, and the whispers of the ancestors to create a ripple of healing.
